The development will transform the former University of Wales Trinity St David’s campus in to an outstanding and desirable development to live, with arguably the best views in South Wales. The three-year project includes 165 new homes being provided for affordable sale and rent. The development will be preserving the historically important 1912 College building, retaining its period features whilst combined with modern construction methods.
