The construction of 12 timber frame apartments on the site of the former Duke of Clarence pub in Cardiff. The flats will all comprise of one-bedroom, two person units with the proposed building rising to four storeys on the elevation fronting Clive Road before stepping down to to three and a half storeys and then to three storeys along Pembroke Road.

The scheme will eventually provide 127 carbon-neutral homes for social housing provider, Tai Tarian, delivered across three phases, over three years. An existing 1950s built apartment building (County Flats) overlooking Aberavon seafront is being refurbished.
